Returns Policy
While most items can be returned for a refund or replacement within a same day return window. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. LUBESBazaar retains the right to reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned. Details on the returns policies are mentioned below:
General Returns Policy
The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on LUBESBazaar and also fulfilled by LUBESBazaar.
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Delivered product is received in physically damaged condition
- Missing item / items related to product purchased
- Product is different from what was ordered
- Product is different from its description on the product detail page in LUBESBazaar portal
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned
- Products are not eligible for return, in case of incorrect pack size or grade of product ordered or incorrect product ordered as per invoice
How Easy Returns Work
Step 1: On receipt of the consignment, customer immediately opens the package and checks the items as per order.
Step 2: If the items are found to be in faulty or damaged condition, then customer to initiate immediate return process.
Step 3: Customer repacks the faulty or damaged items as received, labels the package for immediate return to delivery person.
Step 4: LubesBazaar receives the faulty or damaged items as received and initiates replacement of product to respective customer.
